Motivated and independent students/researchers with evolutionary biology and ecology background are particularly welcome.

We highly appreciate collaborative work and study. We expect everyone to look for and share scientific questions and findings, interesting papers, useful tools, new approaches and novel ideas. 

Our team regards undergraduate and graduate training a really serious matter and we treat it accordingly. We consider each one different, thus with particular needs and aspirations.

From 2020 on, we will have a Lab Manual, which aims to set a transparent working and living environment, where everybody is aware of responsabilities, general lab policies, good practices in research and so on. So far, our team is only composed by Brazilian members, thus, this manual is only in Portuguese. I hope that we may have Spanish and English versions soon.
