Após a leitura do artigo (não científico) bastante inspirador The key to a happy lab life is in the manual (Mariam Aly), resolvi aplicar a ideia para nosso grupo de pesquisa.

 

Escrevi esse manual inspirado em manuais preexistentes e nas experiências boas e não tão boas que tivemos em nosso grupo ao longo desses poucos anos como professor da Unesp.

 

Espero que todos que venham a trabalhar conosco, leiam esse documento para que ajustemos nossas expectativas, conheçamos os valores do laboratório, estejamos cientes das Boas Práticas científicas que adotamos, entre outros fins.
