Marina and I are in Shenzhen, China, to attend the XIX International Botanical Conference (IBC2017) and its satellite event, the “Mangrove Conservation Genetics” workshop, which I am organizing with support of the Tropical Biosphere Research Center (TRBC) of the University of Ryukyus (Japan). At the IBC2017, Mariana will present part of the PhD thesis at the "Extremophyte genomics" symposium while I will talk about the work he has been developing since 2014 at the "Evolution of mangroves: phylogeny, conservation genetics and genomics" symposium. Our research network on mangrove conservation genetics will meet on Wednesday (July 26th) during the workshop to discuss ongoing projects and future direction of our joint efforts. I wish we all have a fruitful and pleasant working week!
再見!!!
